Pelican Fly releases a long EP , a sort of introduction to his talents that are making a true revolution in electronic music.
Such a hype on Cashmere Cat in the latest few months is something incredible but justified in a way for the unique originality of the boy that merged field music, hip hop and rnb beats in a way that no one ever did before with feedbacks from all the electronic scene. The cat contribute to this compilation with the song “Aurora”, more bassy / hudmo influenced than usual but it still amazes for the personality in the sample voice sound choice.
Lucid after the “Transet” madness, give us “On & on” one of the best tracks here, where hit-hats and basses make their own fight in a liquid land.
Sinjin Hawke made the song “Prom nite”, a bass track with anchestral choirs, horns and strings, a miximal triumph that recall S-Type.
Antoher great track is the one from @Richelle, “Circular Motion”, with an oriental taste.
Pelican fly confirms to be the most intresting emerging record label !
