They are a canadian duo, Corin & Megan, under the best talent scout in the world today , the 4AD family, that after a couple singles have been choosen by neon indian to tour with him.
This debut is made by 11 potential singles, a flux a darkwave synths and romantic melodies with no interruptions, there’s no time to take a breath. 
The entire record seems a remix album of an affirmed pop star, maybe you can catch similarities in the mood with grimes but here the explicit target of the melodies is the heart and the lyrics stucks in the head for days.
